Further parts of the optical transmission network CESNET2, which forms the basis of the national e-infrastructure e-INFRA CZ intended for research, development, and innovation in the Czech Republic, will undergo modernization. The aim is to bring together experts from around the world to share experiences in designing and operating state-of-the-art infrastructures. Through eduID.cz, our users can borrow books not only in their home library but also in 35 other libraries across the Czech Republic during March, the month dedicated to books and readers. By logging in to the knihovny.cz portal, they can use the Získej service to select a book from another library and pick it up at the nearest location. They can also access the services of PressReader and BOOKPORT. eduID.cz enables our members to mutually utilize user identities for managing access to network services while respecting personal data protection.
