CESNET at Cyber Europe 2024
Last week, Cyber Europe 2024, a major pan-European exercise simulating cyber attacks, was held. This two-day event brought together 26 EU Member States, including a team from CESNET. CESNET at Locked Shields 2024
Colleagues were part of the team that participated in the world's largest international cyber security exercise - Locked Shields 2024. The exercise took place on 23-25 April, organised by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence and was attended by more than 4 000 participants from 40 countries. A team from the Czech Republic placed in the top third. More information can be found on the NUKIB website, which coordinated the exercise for the Czech Republic. - 2. May 2024
15 years of FileSender
In April 2024 FileSender celebrated its 15th anniversary. It officially started 15 years ago as a joint project of the NRENs from Norway, Australia and Ireland. Today FileSender is deployed as a national R&E service in more than 45 countries and has been selected for the file transfer functionality of the EU Node of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC).
