The Lambda service operates nationally and internationally through GÉANT and GLIF, offering users full control and flexibility at higher layers for advanced applications. Unlike classic IP services, it uses optical-electrical-optical (OEO) conversion for interconnecting optical segments.

Contribution for service implementation: Association members up to 50%, participants up to 100%, based on feature requirements.
